What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Testimonials

When visitors leave testimonials on the site we collect the data shown in the testimonials form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

After approval of your testimonial, your name is visible to the public in the context of your testimonial.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

“Cookies” are small bits of text that are either used for the duration of a session (“session cookies”), or saved on a user’s hard drive, to identify that user or information about that user the next time the user logs on to a website (“persistent cookies”). One or more of our component sites might use session cookies to provide streamlined navigation. These session cookies are deleted from the component’s server after their session ends and information from them is not collected or saved. Additionally, social media and third-party services such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Tag Manager, Foresee, Google Analytics, and GovDelivery may install cookies depending on their configuration. You are not required to accept any cookies to use this site.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to our site by disabling cookies on your browser.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution to manage website tags. The tag manager tool itself (which deploys the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personally-identifiable information. The tool instructs other tags to fire, and these other tags may collect data. This data is not accessed by Google Tag Manager. Please note that if you have opted-out at the domain or cookie levels, you will stay opted-out for all of the tracking tags deployed using Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to record which links are clicked on our site.

If you have given your consent, we will send you a newsletter to inform you about news on [our products and services]. We record when a newsletter is opened and which links are clicked. That information is stored by our newsletter service provider, Sender.net, but only our staff will access the information. Your data will not be passed on by us to any other third parties, unless you have consented to this.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the corresponding link at the end of the e-mail.

Who we share your data with
