  • Challenge 22

    Challenge 22 offers participants a free, supportive online framework for trying veganism for 22 days. While similar programs around the world are based on vegan starter-kits and email guides, Challenge 22 is an interactive program that offers a unique combination of group support and personal mentoring.

  • LIVE (Low-Income Vegan Education) Mentorship Program

    The LIVE (Low-Income Vegan Education) Mentorship Program is the first of its kind to take cultural and socioeconomic differences into consideration. When you sign up for the free, 21 day program, you will receive daily informative emails, a full cost-effective meal plan, and will be matched with a mentor of a similar background to assist you on your journey into a new vegan lifestyle.

  • New Leaf Vegan Mentor Program

    Our free program will connect you with a trained mentor for one-on-one individualized support, no matter where you live, to help you reach and maintain your goal. They’ll answer your questions, share information and resources, discuss challenges and celebrate your successes.

  • PETA’s Vegan Mentor Program

    PETA’s Vegan Mentor Program helps ease the transition by providing one-on-one support from a personal vegan coach. Every mentee is paired with their own mentor who can answer questions and guide you with tips on shopping, cooking, eating out, nutrition information, and more.

  • Vegan Outreach Vegan Mentor Program

    Do you want to go vegetarian or vegan but need help making the transition? Are you already vegan and want some one-on-one support? Get connected via email with a volunteer mentor who will help you with anything from navigating the grocery store aisles to figuring out how to respond when people ask you questions.

  • PAN Vegan Pledge

    The PAN Vegan Pledge is a FREE program that guides people through 30 days of being vegan with the program’s hands-on support. Five weekly meetings include fun community activities such as: Cooking demonstrations; Speakers addressing environmental, ethical, health, and practical issues; A personal mentor (experienced vegan); Optional social events for even more support; An incredible care package to make 30 days of being vegan that much easier.

    Philadelphia – Bala Cynwyd, Center City, Phoenixville, South Philly, West Philly

  • Vegan Living Program

    The Vegan Living Program is a FREE month-long series of educational and social events for new and aspiring vegans, designed to assist and support participants as they transition to lifelong vegan living, and build a community to provide sustained support. In addition to coordinating our own programs, we train and assist individuals and organizations to implement Vegan Living Programs tailored to their own communities.
